RWJ HealthPro Hike: Bridgewater Commons Mall -- August 25, 2018
Join us in the food court of the Bridgewater Commons Mall on Saturday, August 25th at 9:00 AM for the next RWJ HealthPro Hike. RWJ Somerset Pharmacy Residents, Aamer Attaar and Grace Rhee, will give a brief presentation on proper disposal of medications,including opioids, epi-pens, diabetic supplies, etc., and will provide a list of drop-off locations in the area. They will also touch on vaccine recommendations before leading a 45-minute group walk around the 2nd and 3rd levels of the Mall.

HealthHike is a free walking program, sponsored by the Community Health Department at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset and the Bridgewater Commons Mall.
Where & When
Individuals may walk at the Bridgewater Commons Mall, Monday through Saturday as early as 6:30 a.m. and Sunday at 9 a.m. Walkers can park in the parking deck and enter the mall at the main entrance on Level 3 by the AMC Theatres.
Meetings
Monthly meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month, October through June, in the AMC Theatres at Bridgewater Commons at 10 am. Meetings feature speakers from RWJUH Somerset, updates on the HealthHike Walking Program, and prizes for improved health.
How to Join
To become a HealthHike walker, please visit the mall management office located on the first level behind the Pottery Barn store, during business hours Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Upon completion of the application, the mall will provide an identification badge and mileage-tracking card. Feel free to contact the Community Health Department at 908-595-2345 for more information.
